Shipping policy

All items currently in stock will ship within 3-5 days of purchase unless shop owner contacts you stating otherwise.

Damaged items

If the item you receive is damaged during the shipping process, please continue with the following instructions:

• Take pictures of damaged items, box in which you received your items, and packing materials
• within 1-3 days of receiving item, file a damage claim on the USPS website with tracking number and proof of damage (pictures)
• Once claim has been filed, please contact me at rhinopottery@gmail.com about discussing further options on replacing your order.
